The Last Bodyguard is a side quest in Assassin’s Creed Origins that starts in Alexandria.
Your task is to help transport a merchant’s daughter safely to her home.

Summary of The Last Bodyguard

Talk to the merchant
To begin the quest, talk to the merchant at the location shown below.
He is the one with the green clothing.
Follow the merchant
He will need your help in transporting something. Follow him to the location.
Apparently that something is his daughter Kara.
Bring Kara to the docks in the Egyptian District
Now, take Kara to the docks at the location shown in the map below.
You have to use the boat that’s already provided for you. She will sit on the boat first.
Follow Kara
Once you’ve reached the dock, follow her.
She will take you to her horse Pegasus.
Escort Kara to the linen shop
Kara will ask for your help to bring her to the linen shop in the market. Get to the location shown in the map below.
You will ride Pegasus and she’ll be following you. Keep going towards the marked area.
Follow Kara
After stopping, follow her to the market to check out some linen.
Help her carry the linens. After doing so, Pegasus immediately gets stolen by a thief. Drop the linen and chase after him.
Get Pegasus from the thief
Grab a horse or summon your camel. Use it to chase after the thief. It’s probably a soldier, as his friends / gang will also attack you when you try to get Pegasus back.
After killing all of them, take Pegasus back.
Bring Pegasus to Kara
Ride Pegasus back to the market where you left Kara.
Speak to Kara’s father
You will find the merchant there. Talk to him.
The quest completes here.
Rewards: 800 XP, 500 drachmae
