After being transported to a new dimension (Corson V) via the rift in the prologue, you’ll be tasked to find Clank.
Clank has been taken by Rivet who happened to be in the area and she leaves on a spaceship.
Here’s a walkthrough on Find Clank in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
After starting the mission, you just have to explore the city. You’ll meet a vendor who will sell and upgrade your weapons.
You’ll then notice that Rivet leaves with Clank on a ship off the planet.
Find the Phantom at Club Nefarious
To get a royal ship, you need to find Phantom at Club Nefarious. The club’s location is marked on the map as the objective symbol.
As you approach the club, your controller’s vibration gets more intense and you won’t miss it.
Follow the Phantom
After entering the club, walk around until a cutscene triggers. Phantom will be chased by the enemies.
Follow the Phantom while defeating the enemies.
Use the screw to open a path.
Next, you’ll come across more enemies in a room. Take them all out.
The Phantom will then teach you how to go through the laser detector.
Meet Phantom on the Rooftop
Next, head to the rooftop.
Continue to follow the Phantom as you’ll have to do some platforming here.
Make your way to the club area. Take out the enemies use the launchpad to reach the rooftop.
You will meet the vendor once again. You’ll be taught how to upgrade your weapons.
Once you’re ready, use the elevator up.
Protect the Phantom
After reaching the rooftop, you have to protect the Phantom from waves of enemies.
After the area is secure, turn the screw at the end of the rooftop. It will connect you to the rollercoaster tracks. Use it to reach the city.
Get to the Nefarious statue
Once you’re back at the city center, head towards the Nefarious statue.
Defeat the Nefarious Juggernaut
Before you can deploy the Glitch, you’ll have to defeat a mini boss.
During the fight, you’ll be transported to another dimension. Before the juggernaut dies, you’ll be transported back to Corson V.
Finish off the juggernaut there.
Deploy Glitch
Now, head to the statue to deploy the Glitch.
Destroy all virus nests
You will now be controlling the Glitch robot.
There’ll be virus moving around in the area. Take them out with the R2 gun.
For the virus nests, you can’t use R2. You need to use L2 instead (Blitz-Infectors).
After eliminating all virus nests, the job is done.
Ratchet will be able to access a royal ship and leave the area.
