1. Speak to Hepzefa
2. Take the medication for the liver
3. Return to the animus
Speak to Hepzefa
You can always come back to Siwa after this quest. For now, talk to Hepzefa. His exact location is shown in the map below.
He’ll be sitting in his house.
Take your medication
You will now be using Layla, who was accessing Bayek’s life through the animus. You will be reminded to take the medication for the liver, and it’s just on the table.
At this point, you can walk around the area if you wish to, but there isn’t anything to be done here.
Return to the animus
When ready, get back to the animus to use Bayek once again.
The quest pretty much ends here.
