Character Creation is a quest available in Downtown of Goat Simulator 3.
Your objective is to build your own outfit in a contest.

Become your final form
All you need to do is to bring a headpiece, a body piece, a shield and a weapon for the mannequin on stage.
There are props all over the area as it’s sort of a cosplay convention.
You can use a wok as a shield as a weapon as well. Just bring them to the mannequin in front.
As for the shield, you can even bring a plush. Remember to take the Captain America shield in the area. You can use it as a gear to throw the shield and summon it back.
