Further Observation is one of the earliest quests in Sumeru in Genshin.
Your objective is to look for Collei to ask her for more information.

Look for Collei
Firstly, look for Collei who is located at the upper part of the Ville.
Check the lamps along the path
Next, you just need to head to the lamps marked on the map.
Go towards a few of them for Collei to check.
Examine the Dendro Archon Statue
Then, head to the Archon Statue in the area. Examine the statue to clean it.
Meet up with Collei
Go back down to meet up with Collei who is nearby.
Wait until 8 am
Head back to Gandharva Ville and you can change your time to 8 am to complete the quest.
