Courage is in the Heart is a world quest available in Lokapala Jungle of Sumeru.
Your objective is to look for Arashakun after finding his journal.

To begin the quest, head to the location shown in the map below, marked by the quest symbol. It’s east of The palace of Alcazarzaray.
Defeat the hilichurls
As you arrive you’ll see a number of hilichurls outside the Aranara house.
Defeat them first.
Search the Aranara house for clues. You’ll get a document titled Inconsistently-Written Notes.
Find Arashakun in the cave
Head east from the Aranara house and you’ll see a group of hilichurls standing in front of the cave entrance.
Take them out.
Enter the cave and you’ll see Arashakun hiding at the top of the mushroom. Defeat the Fungi below.
Talk to Arashakun
He will come down. Talk to him.
Give him the Florescent Talisman.
Defeat the Furry Mask Demon King
The Demon King turns out to be hilichurls. Defeat all four of them.
