Chronic Illness is one of the early Archon quests in the Sumeru region.
Your objective is to check on Collei and help clear the Withering Zone.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Chronic Illness in Genshin Impact.
Follow Tighnari
Firstly, follow Tighnari out of the house and to the nearby quiet place to discuss more on Collei.
Collect herbs
Then, head north to collect herbs with Tighnari.
You will need to collect 4 Fresh Nilotpala Lotuses. They are all located near each other on the water.
Talk to Amir
After the cutscene, talk to another ranger named Amir.
Go to the Withering Zone
Head to the Withering Zone nearby.
Help Tighnari clear the Withering Zone
To clear the Withering Zone, you need to rely on Dendrograna.
Summon Dendrograna which is in the area.
Then, go to each of the small red plants and use a charged attack with the Dendrograna.
It will destroy the red plant.
Rinse and repeat for all the small red plants.
Once that’s over, deal with the big plant. Defeat the mob that spawns first.
The big red plant is the tumor of the Withering. Interact with it to destroy.
Return to Gandharva Ville
Once that’s done, head back to Gandharva Ville.
Go and rescue Haypasia
Tighnari will then ask for the Traveler’s help to rescue Haypasia. Head to her location marked on the map.
