To begin the quest, head south to Zarbinzet as marked in the map below.
Talk to Taissa
When you reach the town, talk to Taissa first. She’ll be with Neyrelle and Lorath.
Speak with Donan
Then, head north a little and talk to Donan to complete the quest.
