Your objective is to defeat Vhenard and her summons.

Talk to Neyrelle
After opening the gate, you’ll see Vhenard on the ground as she uses her blood to do some ritual. Talk to Neyrelle.
Slay Vhenard’s demonic servants
Vhenard will not fight directly but she’ll summon demons in three waves.
The first wave is the easiest and it gets harder in terms of numbers.
Focus on defeating the Hell Spawns and not the demons spawned by them.
Speak with Neyrelle
After defeating the demons, Vhenard dies from using too much blood magic. Speak with Neyrelle.
