The City of Blood and Dust is a quest under Act 3: The Making of Monsters in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to enter Guulrahn and search for Oyuun.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of The City of Blood and Dust in Diablo 4.
Enter Guulrahn
You can enter Guulrahn directly from the Overlook.
Go to the market square
Firstly, find the market square. The location is shown in the map below, marked by the player location.
Search for Oyuun in the market square
Once you’re in the market square, you have to find Oyuun.
Climb up the first floor and use the rope to cross over.
Speak to the villager
You will see a woman being attacked. Defeat the demons then talk to her.
Find a way into the city’s prison
Next, you have to find your way into the city’s prison as Oyuun is there.
The location of the prison is shown in the map below marked by the yellow circle.
Climb up the ladder to proceed ahead.
Search the prison for Oyuun
There’ll be more demons in the prison. Go all the way to the end to look for Oyuun.
Slay Akil
On the way there, you’ll meet Akil, Jailer of the Weak. Defeat him first.
Talk to Oyuun
You will then find Oyuun at the jail cell at the end of the map. Talk to her.
Find the secret path
To exit the area, you need to find the secret path. Go to the marked yellow circle on the map.
Find the exit
After using the secret path, you’ll come across more demons.
Find the exit.
Go all the way until you see The Trail of Bones exit. Use it.
