Tainted Flesh is a campaign quest under Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Sold in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to find Lorath and Neyrelle to look for Timue.
Here’s a walkthrough of Tainted Flesh in Diablo 4.
To begin the quest, head east of Zarbinzet to the marked location on the map.
Speak with Lorath
You’ll find Lorath and Neyrelle at the marked area. Talk to him.
Search for Timue
Now, head to the yellow circle to start looking for Timue.
You will find her hut towards the eastern end of the circle. It should look pretty obvious.
Talk to Timue who is inside.
The quest ends here. You’ll earn XP and coins.
