Storming the Gates is a quest under Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith of Diablo 4.
Your objective is to continue to pursue Lilith and Vhenard.

Pursue Lilith and Vhenard
First of all, interact with Lilith’s Blood Petals.
Slay Rohaksa
You will then need to defeat an elite mob named Rohaksa.
After defeating Rohaksa, continue ahead and you’ll meet more elites along the way.
You’ll eventually reach an Ancient Gate. Open it.
Speak with Neyrelle
You’ll come across yet another sealed gate. This time, talk to Neyrelle as she knows how to unseal it.
Protect Neyrelle while she unseals the doorway
While Neyrelle is doing her thing, you have to defeat the waves of enemies for over 40 seconds.
Enter the Mourning Shore
Finally, head inside the Mourning Shore to pursue the two of them.
