Your objective is to look for Neyrelle at the Darkened Holt.

Enter the Darkened Holt
Head to the marked symbol to find Neyrelle. The location is shown in the map below.
When you reach, you’ll find the Darkened Holt. Enter the area.
Search for Neyrelle
You will find yourself in a mysterious area filled with wraiths.
Look around until you see the huge wolf. Enter the Fiery Portal.
Follow the Bloodied Wolf
In the next area, just follow the wolf and listen to the dialogue.
Enter the portal to find Neyrelle.
Speak with Neyrelle
You’ll be back at the earlier place. Look for Neyrelle.
Slay all Phantoms
You will then be trapped by Phantoms. Slay all of them.
Examine the Three-Faced Statue
Finally, you’ll find a statue. Interact with it.
