Raising Spirits is a side quest for level 6 in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to raise the spirits of the city militia.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of Raising Spirits in Diablo 4.
To begin the quest, head to the quest marker in Kyovashad.
Talk to the Guard Boza near the statue in the middle.
Cheer at the training militia
Head to the right and you’ll see a group of training militia here.
To cheer at them, open the action wheel first. Use “E” if you’re on PC.
Then, scroll to the next wheel and you’ll find all the emotes. Use “cheer”.
Return to Guard Boza to complete the quest. You’ll get XP and coins.
