Prying the Eye is the first quest under Act 4: A Gathering Storm in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to use the Sightless Eye to find Lilith.

Talk to Taissa
First thing to do is to speak with Taissa who is resting.
Bring the Sightless Eye to the pedestal
Pick up the Sightless Eye from the floor and place it on the pedestal.
Gaze into the Sightless Eye
Interact with the Eye Pedestal and you’ll trigger a cutscene where you spot Lilith and Elias talking.
The quest ends after this. You’ll gain XP and coins.
