Picking Through The Bones is a campaign quest under Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Told in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to search for the coffin beyond the wrecks.

Search for the coffin
Head to the location marked in the map below to look for the coffin.
You’ll have to go through a lot of enemies at the wreckage.
Climb up the ladder.
Break down the waterlogged door
You will then reach a waterlogged door with more enemies. Break down the door.
Speak with Neyrelle
Your ally Neyrelle will get attacked as she sneaks through to the other side.
Interact with her.
Reach the coffin
As Lorath stays behind to watch for Neyrelle, you have to go alone to the coffin.
Keep following the path and you’ll eventually reach the coffin. Inspect the coffin.
After the cutscene, the quest ends. You’ll earn XP and coins.
