One Step Forward is a campaign quest under Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Told in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to help Donan again to craft the soulstone.

Speak with Taissa
Before you begin, talk to Taissa first.
Speak with Donan
Next, talk to Donan before proceeding with the soulstone process.
Mix the Quicksilver, turn the wheel and grind the sulfur
Like before, you have to mix the Quicksilver again.
Then, turn the wheel two rotations this time.
Grind the sulfur as the last step.
Donan will then perform his Horadric magic to create the soulstone to capture Lilith.
The quest ends here.
