Lost Arts is a campaign quest under Act 4: A Gathering Storm in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to enter the Horadric Vault at Mistral Woods.

To begin the quest, head to the Horadric Vault as marked in the map.
Enter the vault.
Speak with Donan
Talk to Donan inside.
Enter the room and you’ll see Neyrelle.
Follow Donan
Next, follow Donan.
Bring him to his desk.
He will start using his Horadric spell. This will start to summon demons inside the vault.
Clear the demons as they spawn.
Clear out the spiders
Some spiders will show up. Take them all out.
Bring Donan to his desk
Head towards his desk.
Clear the enemies in the area.
Return to the study
Finally, you can go back to the study.
Talk to Neyrelle. The quest ends here.
