Light’s Guidance is a short quest under Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to talk to Mother Prava at the Cathedral of Light.

Speak with Prava
Your only task is to head back to Reverend Mother Prava. Her location is the same as before as marked on the map below.
Enter the cathedral and look for Prava.
You’ll notice that she’s away. Talk to Iosef instead.
