Judgement of the Swamp is a campaign quest under Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Told in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to meet your allies to find the Tree of Whispers.

Catch up to Lorath and Neyrelle
First of all, head towards the marked area on the map to find Lorath and Neyrelle.
Talk to Neyrelle when you’ve arrived.
Follow Lorath
Continue to follow Lorath as he leads you to the incense.
Slay the Nangari
You’ll meet some serpent demons there. Slay them all first.
Light the incense
To proceed, light the incense on the altar.
The quest ends after the cutscene. You’ll earn XP and coins.
