In Desolation’s Wake is a campaign quest under Act 6: Dance of the Makers in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to get through the Burning Hells to find Lilith.
Here’s a walkthrough of In Desolation’s Wake in Diablo 4.
Speak to Donan
To begin, talk to Donan.
Escort your allies through the Realm of Hatred
After meeting Prava, continue on ahead through the Realm of Hatred. More demons await.
Defeat the ambushers
At one point, you’ll be ambushed by demons. Slay them all.
Ninsa, the Blight of Hatred appears. You will need to defeat Ninsa until she disappears.
Continue ahead
Keep going until you reach a flame wall.
Speak to Lorath
Talk to Lorath to proceed.
Defeat Karum, Hound of Hatred
You will then face a mini-boss fight. Slay the demon Karum (Hound of Hatred).
Guide your allies through the Twisted Pathway
After clearing the boss, go through the Twisted Pathway.
Follow the marked area in the map.
Defeat the demons
You will get ambushed by more demons. Take them down.
Ninsa once again appears to finish the job.
Slay Ninsa this time around.
Watch out for the AoE attacks. Use the purple Horadric shield when it appears to prevent yourself from getting killed.
After the demon is dead, follow Lorath.
Defeat Ashava
Walk a little further and you’ll face a bigger demon named Ashava, The Pestilent.
The quest ends after you defeat Ashava. You may get a legendary item as a drop.
You’ll also earn XP and coins as usual.
