Gold Well Spent is a side quest available for level 7 and above in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to get the payment of gemstones from Luskas.

To begin the quest, go to the quest marker in Menestad.
Talk to Meros.
Get the Payment of Gemstones from Luskas
Now, head towards the northern area to find Luskas. It’s marked by the blue circle.
When you reach the area, you’ll see more mobs. Defeat them and you’ll get the Payment of Gemstones on the ground.
Return to town to complete the quest.
You’ll get XP and coins.
