Flesh From Bone is a quest under Act 3: The Making of Monsters in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to meet Lorath and Meshif at the Forsaken Chapel.

Head to the marker on the map.
You will see the old man Meshif waiting outside.
Enter the chapel to talk to Lorath and Meshif.
Speak with Lorath
Talk to Lorath inside.
Speak with Meshif
When you’re ready to depart, talk to Meshif.
Meet Meshif outside of the storm
Head to the next marked area on the map to meet Meshif.
When you’ve reached, check on Meshif.
Follow Meshif through the sandstorm
This part is all about following Meshif through the sandstorm and he’ll take a break a few times in shelter.
When you’re in the sandstorm, you will get consistent damage unless you use a barrier spell. There are also demons lurking.
Also, avoid getting hit by the tornado or you’ll incur serious damage.
Head to the first shelter and wait out the severe winds.
In the shelter, you can interact with the camel to replenish your health.
Continue the journey to the next shelter.
When you’re ready, depart again.
Protect Meshif and Isabella
During the journey, you will be ambushed by demons.
Defeat all of them.
Continue to make your way to the destination and the quest ends.
