Encumbered Mind is a campaign quest under Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Told in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to help Donan with making the soulstone.
Here’s a walkthrough of Encumbered Mind in Diablo 4.
Mix the Quicksilver
First of all, mix the Quicksilver on the table at the left side.
Turn the wheel three times
Next, use the wheel and turn it three rotations.
Grind the Sulfur
After you’re done, grind the sulfur on the table.
The process will eventually fail to make a proper soulstone as Donan is distracted.
Follow Taissa
Head outside and talk to Taissa.
The quest ends here. You’ll earn XP and coins.
