Buried Secrets is a campaign quest under Act 2: The Knife Twists Again in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to head to Eldhaime Keep to check on Donan.

Return to Eldhaime Keep
Head back to Eldhaime Keep. The location is marked on the map.
Return to Donan
When you reach the area, you’ll see the goatmen all around. Take them down on the way towards Donan.
Talk to Commander Antje
As the door to the Keep is blocked, go towards the left side. You’ll see Commander Antje behind the barrier.
Talk to Commander Antje.
The quest ends here. You’ll earn XP and coins.
