Meet Donan
Head to Kyovashad using the waypoint.
Go north to the Cathedral of Light as marked in the map below.
Talk to Donan who is inside the cathedral.
The quest ends here. He’ll tell you to go to the stable master and get a mount. It’s under the quest Mount: Donan’s Favor.
