A cutscene will then load and you’ll be introduced to Phanos, Aya’s cousin.
Follow Phanos
He will then bring you to Aya. Just follow him out of the place.
Explore the well
Aya is in a hideout inside the well. Jump into this monument through the window and get inside the well. Keep tapping “X” to jump.
You will now come across this cave-like area. Keep going ahead.
You will reach a wide area and a cutscene will load. Aya appears.
Once you’re done here, exit the building through this steel door.

The quest completes here, but you still have some stuff to do.
You will now be playing as Layla. Now, you can use the computer to read some of these files, but they are pretty boring and optional.
Look for Aya’s body
Layla now believes that Aya is inside the same place as Bayek. Go to the depths of the cave and jump into the water. You will now find Aya’s mummified body here.
Once you’re done, get back to the animus. You need to keep climbing up.
