Talk to the priest
To start the quest, talk to the priest at the exact location shown in the map below.
He will tell you about the guards who stole food from the people.
Find and steal the cart
Now, look for the guards who took the cart to get it back. Their location is shown below.
As you get closer, use Senu to pinpoint their exact location.
The cart should still be moving. Get close and hijack the cart. If you can’t hijack it, kill the guards around the cart.
The cart should stop outside Kibotos Arsenal. It’s easier if you get the cart before this happens.
Bring the cart to the priest
Mount the cart and bring it back to the priest and the people.
Get to the exact location shown in the map below.
Once you’re there, park the cart and talk to the priest.
The quest completes here.
