Essence of Hatred is a quest under Act 6: Dance of the Makers in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to join your Horadrim allies in the Burning Hells.

Enter the Burning Hells
To begin, enter the Burning Hells.
Join your Horadrim allies
Rejoin Donan, Lorath and Neyrelle who are already inside.
Search for Inarius’ army
Your main objective is to find Inarius’ army. There will be tons of demons inside, way more than most of the other maps in the campaign so far.
Also, you should get to level 45 and above before attempting this to make things easier.
Defend your allies from the attackers
You will reach a flame wall. Defend your allies from the demons while Neyrelle removes the wall.
Move the body of Prava
Keep going deeper inside until you see Reverend Mother Prava. Interact with her body.
The quest ends here. You’ll earn XP and coins.
