Cold Blood is a campaign quest under Act 5: Secrets Bartered, Fates Sold in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to search The Slithering Dark and collect the mystic incense.
Here’s a walkthrough of Cold Blood in Diablo 4.
Search The Slithering Dark
After entering the cave, continue to explore the serpent infested area.
You’ll come across a number of demons inside.
Open the incense box
Look for the incense box and open it.
Slay Mohlon, Snake Queen
As you try to open the box, Mohlon the Snake Queen will spawn. Defeat this boss.
Collect the mystic incense
After the boss fight, collect the mystic incense again from the incense box.
Bring the incense to Lorath
You can exit the area to Yngovani via the gap in the wall just beside the box.
Talk to Lorath to complete the quest.
