To begin the quest, head to the Forsaken Chapel as marked in the map. It’s in Kehjistan.
Speak with Neyrelle
Enter the chapel and talk to Neyrelle.
Speak with Neyrelle
As Taissa disappears, go after Neyrelle. Talk to her in the sandstorm.
You will then see Elias here. He will then summon Andariel.
