Exhumed Relics is a quest under Act 3: The Making of Monsters in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to look for Meshif and meet at the chapel.

Talk to Meshif
After leaving Elias’ room, go back to Meshif.
You’ll discover that he was stabbed and dies eventually.
Meet Lorath at the Forsaken Chapel
Head back to the Forsaken Chapel to meet Lorath and Taissa.
The quest ends here. You’ll gain equipment, XP and coins.
This is also the last quest in Act 3.
