Entombed Legacy is a campaign quest under Act 2: The Knife Twists Again in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to pursue Lilith and look for Yorin who went missing.

Head to the Eldhaime Barracks to begin.
Go with Donan to the passage
Inside the barracks, just head all the way in. You’ll find that Yorin’s guard is dead.
Escort Donan to Astaroth’s tomb
Continue deeper inside to reach Astaroth’s tomb. Take out the demons along the way.
You’ll eventually reach the tomb but the soulstone is gone.
Interact with Lilith’s Petals to find out what had happened.
Speak with Donan
After leaving the area, speak with Donan at the Great Hall. The quest ends here.
