Light’s Resolve is the final quest under Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to speak with Neyrelle on what had happened.

Speak with Neyrelle
Right after the previous quest ends, you have to go back to Neyrelle but she’s no longer in the area.
Zoom out to the world map and you’ll see she’s elsewhere. You can teleport to the nearest town and head to the quest marker as shown in the map below.
You’ll see her waiting. Talk to her.
After the dialogue, the quest ends. Act 1 of the game is also done for now as Lilith obtained what she wanted.
