Crossing Over is a quest under Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to meet up with Neyrelle again to cross the Black Lake.

To begin, head back to The Darkened Way as marked on the map below.
Speak with Neyrelle
Once you’re inside, you’ll see Neyrelle near the entrance. Talk to her.
Go to the Black Lake with Neyrelle
Now, head all the way to the end to reach the Black Lake as marked on the map. It’s the same place you fought Vhenard’s demon spawns.
When you reach the area, talk to Neyrelle again as she communicates with her mother Vhenard.
