Ravenous Dead is a side quest available in Diablo 4.
Your objective is to collect Ghoul Hearts from the Ghouls nearby.

To begin the quest, head to the town of Yelesna as marked in the map below.
Talk to Olesia in town.
Find Ghoul Hearts
Head outside town towards the eastern side and you’ll find plenty of Ghouls everywhere.
Defeat them all and gather 15 Ghoul Hearts.
Return to Olesia to complete the quest. You’ll receive XP and coins for it.
