Speak with Vigo
After the previous quest ends, you have to talk to Vigo in the Path of the Firstborn.
Speak with Neyrelle
Then, talk to Neyrelle as she looks down.
Bring Vigo and Neyrelle down
Next, look for a path to go down. You can use the ladder to climb down and follow the path.
Make the Ore Hoist operational
After you’re done exploring, you’ll reach the Ore Hoist at the end of the road. Make it operational by interacting with the slain demon beside it.
