Undertaking is a quest under Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith of Diablo 4.
Your objective is to enter the Condemned Mines and proceed deeper within.

Enter the mines
After exploring the area, head into the Condemned Mines.
You will see a blocked door. Wait for them to look around and then inspect the door.
Slay the approaching monsters
Neyrelle will find a way to open the door from the other side.
While she does so, waves of monsters will approach. Take them down.
Pursue Lilith and Vhenard with Vigo and Neyrelle
After Neyrelle opens the door, follow the path and deal with the mobs along the way.
Keep going until you see an opening for you to escape the mines.
