When you reach the area, the president election will begin and you are blue.
How to influence the voters
To influence the voters, you just need to drag them to the polling booth.
Grab any passerby in the area and pull them into the blue voting booth. Do it continuously until the blue bar is filled. The bar is shown on stage.
The quest completes once you’ve gotten enough votes to win.
