The Rhythm That Leads To The Gloomy Path is a world quest in Sumeru.
Your objective is to look for clues about Ashvattha’s Concourses and get the Vasoma fruit.

Head to the designated location
After starting the quest, head to the location marked on your map.
Observe the Sumeru Roses
First of all, press investigate on the markings on the ground.
You will then need to find the hidden song by observing the Sumeru Roses. All you have to do is to walk around the Sumeru Roses in a circle and the objective gets updated.
Play the music hidden in the rose
Use the musical instrument to play the notes.
Head to the next location
Now, head to the next location marked on the map which is just north.
Unlock the road ahead using the Rhythm of the Gloomy Path
Next, play the musical instrument to form a portal.
Enter the portal.
Clean up the Withering Zone
The portal leads you to a Withering Zone. Clear the enemies first.
You will notice that there is no Dendrograna summoning point here.
There are also a few different portals. Look for the portal which is situated at the lowest level in the area. Unlock it using the musical instrument.
Enter inside and you’ll see a house. The Dendrograna summon is just outside. Use it and enter the portal again.
Clean up the Withering Zone as fast as possible. If the Dendrograna runs out you have to go back and summon it.
After clearing three of the red plants, defeat Marana’s Disciple.
Finally, destroy the tumor.
Investigate the trees inside Ashvattha’s Concourse
Now, climb up the big tree and you’ll see a marked point. Go to it and you’ll be transported to the next part.
Collect 3 Primeval Rosins
The objective now is to collect 3 Primeval Rosins. The first one is in front of you surrounded by enemies.
You have to defeat the enemies first.
Pick up the rosin.
Now, unlock the nearby portal with music.
Use the portal and it’ll lead you to the second Primeval Rosin. This one is also in a barrier.
Take out the enemies that are behind the barrier and use the Dendrograna.
You should use a bow character and use charged attacks with the Dendrograna towards the 3 floating plants.
Pick up the rosin and head back up to where you came from. You’ll see a tunnel.
Go inside and clear the enemies. Look for the portal. Unlock it with the musical gadget again.
You will then reach the upper level. Interact with the flower to form a bridge. Cross it.
You will see the last Primeval Rosin inside.
Use a melee charged attack to break the barrier.
Defeat the shadows
Now, interact with the flower nearby. It will unlock more four-leaf sigils. Use them to go up.
Open the barrier with the 3 rosins.
Defeat the Cast Nightmare which is a wave of enemies.
Pick up the Vasoma fruit
Finally, pick up the Vasoma fruit once you’re teleported back.
