The Coming Of The Sabzeruz Festival is an Archon quest available in Sumeru.
Your objective is to return for the Sabzeruz Festival and find Dunyarzad.

To begin, meet Dunyarzad at the Grand Bazaar like before.
Go to the arranged accommodation
Next, head to the accommodation provided by Dunyarzad above the Grand Bazaar.
Meet Dunyarzad
The next morning, meet up with Dunyarzad at the appointed location marked on the map.
Follow Dunyarzad
For this part, just follow Dunyarzad as she walks around the event.
At the second stall, you can mix between a mushroom and a flower.
In the later stall, you can choose between numbers 1 to 5. Each has a different ingredient. Number 3 is Lavender Melon and number 4 is Sunsettia.
Return to the nearby quarters
After the event, head back to the nearby quarters at Treasures Street.
Escape within the time limit
Some mercenaries will ambush Dunyarzad. Escape the area within a minute. Follow the location provided in the map.
After the cutscene, take Dunyarzad somewhere nearby and rest. The location is provided again.
See the Dance of Sabzeruz
Finally, head to the Grand Bazaar again to watch the Dance of Sabzeruz.
The dance will be canceled as the Grand Sage forbids it. The quest ends here.
