Your objective is to return to Rana to bring her the Bija.

Talk to Arana
After Arama turns from seed to new tree, you’re left with Arana. Talk to him.
Return to Rana
Head back to where Rana is resting which is west of Devantaka Mountain / south of Vimara Village. The location is provided in the map.
Enter the house and talk to Rana.
The quest ends after the cutscene.
