To begin the rumor, talk to Toa. You’ll find her in Koboh during the main objective of finding the Array Forest.
Head to the High Republic Chamber
The location of the rumor will be marked on your map as shown below.
To go there, look for the broken bridge facing a yellow door. There’s a rope in the middle which you can grab with the force and jump towards the other side.
Complete the Chamber of Reason
You will then find yourself in the Chamber of Reason which is a jedi chamber. Solve the puzzle and get the perk. Here’s a guide on the Chamber of Reason.
The rumor will end after you’re done with this chamber.
