Skoova Stev is one of the characters you can recruit in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.
After recruiting him, he will be able to help in the Pyloon’s Saloon in Koboh.

Skoova Stev is located towards the west of Pyloon’s Saloon as shown in the map below. There’s a small route that can be explored.
Head all the way inside and you’ll eventually reach him.
You will find Skoova on a boat. Talk to him and he’ll agree to check out the fish tank at Pyloon’s Saloon.
