Dar al Shifa is one of the areas in the desert region of Sumeru.
You will visit this location as part of the Archon quest but underneath the area lies treasure and monsters.

Location of Dar al Shifa underground ruins
The Dar al Shifa area is specifically stated on the map. You just need to go there as shown in the map below.
To access the underground ruins, look for the Dendroculus in the area. You will see a building and some mobs in front of it.
There’s a Dendroculus there.
Just under the Dendroculus, you can use a Geo attack to destroy the rocks.
Once the rocks are gone, it’s a long way down to the underground ruins.
What is inside the Dar al Shifa underground ruins
When you land below, you will see a lot of hilichurls. Defeat all of them.
You will be able to get a Precious Chest once the hilichurls are dead.
Then, you can continue to explore deeper into the ruins. You will see many of these breakable rocks.
In the other sections, you will find more hilichurls and more treasure chests to loot.
There’s also a Dendroculus in the underground ruins.
Keep breaking those rocks and go until you reach a dead end.
Eventually, you’ll see the Dendroculus in the last section of the ruins.
