Genshin Impact: Aranakin's Old Friend Walkthrough

Aranakin’s Old Friend is a world quest available in the Sumeru region.

Your objective is to meet up with Aranakin after he lost his memory.

Here’s a walkthrough of Aranakin’s Old Friend in Genshin Impact.

To begin the quest, head northwest of Chatrakam Cave. This quest is probably only available after you’re done with all of the Utsava Festival quests.

The location is provided in the map below.

Play the lyre

To talk to Aranakin, play the lyre first. You’ll have to play the Rhythm of Revival.

Next, follow Aranakin as he brings you to his tree house.

Investigate the two spots marked in the house.

Then, you’ll have to go upstairs and look for the battered notebook.

The quest ends after you return to Aranakin at the ground floor.
