Forza Horizon 4 has a total of 12 houses that you can purchase in its big open world map.
While you can’t actually roam around the house as a character like in the GTA series, you can buy these houses for its perks.
Each property gives you rewards for purchase, such as super wheelspins or new barn finds.
Here are all of the houses’ locations in Forza Horizon 4.
1. Thatch Corner
Location: Eastern side of the map on the beach. East of Astmoor.
Reward: 2 Super Wheelspins, new phrase – “Are We There Yet”
2. Croftdale Farm
Location: Northwest of Glen Rannoch
Reward: Sheep Horn, 1 Super Wheelspin
3. The Gables
Location: East of Horizon Festival Site. It will be introduced to you in the beginning of the game.
Reward: Unlocks drone mode – allows you to go on a free roam with your camera
4. The Huntsman’s Lodge
Location: In the middle of Lakehurst Forest, east of Derwent Water.
Reward: 3 Super Wheelspins, Skill Song
5. Sunflower Meadows
Location: In the town area of Ambleside, below Derwent Water.
Reward: Green Welliest T-Shirt, 1 Super Wheelspin
6. Kingfisher Cottage
Location: Northeast of Horizon Festival Site / North of Derwent Reservoir.
Reward: 1 Wheelspin, Rubber Ducky Horn
7. Derwent Mansion
Location: Southwest of Derwent Water, North of Ambleside.
Reward: Golden Tank Top, 5 Super Wheelspins
8. Lake Lodge
Location: North of Derwent Water.
Reward: Forzathon Boost (double Forzathon points), 5 Super Wheelspins
9. Edinburgh Castle
Location: Middle of Edinburgh City.

10. Castleview Road
Location: Northwest of an airstrip, south of Edinburgh.
