The Hammer Falls is a Freestar Collective mission in Starfield.
Your objective is to confront Ron Hope after finding out that he hired Hull.
Here’s a walkthrough and guide of The Hammer Falls in Starfield.
Confront Ron Hope
First of all, go to Hopetown. Look for Ron Hope at the factory.
You can access the factory through the front lobby using a door at the back, or you can go through his office upstairs.
You’ll then see Ron talking to Birgit. Talk to Ron.
You will be given a few options. You can accept 20000 credits as bribe which would likely make your companion unhappy.
If you have the negotiation skill, you can accept 50000 credits.
Another option is to turn him in.
If you choose to turn him in, you’ll be forced to either attack him or keep his secret but you’ll likely not earn anything. If you keep his secret, it’s apparently for the sake of his employees.
Kill Ron Hope
If you choose to not take the deal, you’ll be forced to kill Ron Hope. You have to eliminate his security as well.
Talk to Birgit
Next, talk to Birgit as she processes what had happened.
Return to Marshal Blake
Head back to Marshal Blake in Akila City to explain the whole situation.
If you had killed Ron, Marshal Blake will opine that this might cause anarchy to the Freestar Collective as no one can be trusted now.
If you had spared Ron you will be forced to lie to Marshal Blake. He will then say that the issue feels unfinished because the culprit can hire someone else.
This might be the last mission as you are given the Freestar Ranger badge. You can also use the Star Eagle-class starship with no registration fee.
Apart from that, you’re given some Ranger items and credits.
