Shift Switch is an event / quest that is available in Downtown of Goat Simulator 3.
Your objective is to knock workers off the lunch beam.

Get to the waypoint marked on the map and you’ll reach the crane controls.
Use the crane.
You’ll see three workers on the lunch beam. You can move it right to left or up and down.
The quest ends once the workers have all fallen.
