The Gaze from a Certain God is an Archon Quest in Sumeru.
Your objective is to look for Tighnari to help you with the Fatui problem.

Go to Gandharva Ville
First of all, head over to Gandharva Ville to look for Tighnari.
Defeat the ambushing Eremites
As you reach the quest marker, you will be ambushed by Eremites.
Defeat all of them.
Find Tighnari
Enter the village and look for Tighnari. He won’t be around but you’ll meet Collei instead.
Go to Pardis Dhyai
Next, head on over to Pardis Dhyai to look for Tighnari. You will see Katheryne at the entrance instead.
Enter the place and talk to Haypasia.
A cutscene will be triggered and you’ll learn that Scaramouche is involved in this whole scheme.
Also, Nahida gets captured by the Fatui. The quest ends here.
